Archiblink

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of Archiblink. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. The platform

Archiblink is an online platform focused on architecture and the built environment. It may include directories and editorial content relating to professionals, companies, and projects, together with tools for discovery, profiles, and related information.

We may update features, layouts, or integrations over time. Where we materially change these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders (for example via the email associated with your account or a notice on the site).

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • One person or legal entity should not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent rules, limits, or enforcement.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform or other users.

3. Professional profiles and publication

A professional account allows you to manage a professional profile in your private area. Creating an account does not automatically publish a full public directory listing.

Public visibility of your professional profile on Archiblink (for example in the public professionals directory) is subject to our publication rules, including completeness thresholds and editorial or quality checks we describe in product copy or help materials. Until those conditions are met, your profile may remain private, draft, or unpublished.

  • You must not misrepresent qualifications, affiliations, or portfolio work.
  • You grant Archiblink the rights reasonably needed to host, display, and promote your profile and related media on the service.
  • We may refuse, delay, or remove publication where content is incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or harmful.

4. Company and project content

Company and project pages may combine editorial material, imagery, metadata, and links sourced from partners, contributors, or integrated systems. Display on Archiblink does not constitute endorsement of any party, product, or transaction unless expressly stated.

Where you submit or claim content on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. User-generated content

You may submit text, images, links, or other materials ("UGC") through forms, portals, or integrated tools. You retain ownership of your UGC, subject to the licence you grant us to operate the platform.

  • You must not upload malware, spam, hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
  • You must respect intellectual property: do not post content you do not have rights to use.
  • We may moderate, edit metadata, refuse, or remove UGC that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, overload, or attack the infrastructure, or attempt unauthorised access to data or systems.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications without proper consent.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity.
  • Circumvent technical limits, paywalls, or access controls we put in place.

7. Third-party services and links

Archiblink may link to third-party websites, maps, media hosts, or APIs. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Architectural and technical information is for general information only and is not professional advice for your specific project.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Archiblink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred euros (€100), if you have not paid fees.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Archiblink and its team against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your UGC, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the platform, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Archiblink, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us using the contact details published on the Archiblink site (for example a legal or support inbox). We may update contact channels from time to time.
